• What is the system's technical architecture?

  QCR consists of three tiers. The database tier collects and stores the data and metadata. The application server tier resides on a Web server cluster and communicates directly with the database and the front end. The user interface tier resides on user workstations and consists of a modern Web Application for front office and legal users and a standalone Windows Application for administrators.

  

• What are the deployment options of QUALCO Collections & Recoveries (QCR)?

  Our cloud-ready enterprise solution can be deployed as an Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS) on the client's infrastructure or as a Cloud model (IAAS/PAAS infrastructure) supported by IT-managed services. QCR can be deployed in various cloud installations and data centres, such as IBM Cloud, Azure, AWS, Sparkle, Wind, Vodafone, and Lamda Helix.

  

• Does QCR ensure the privacy and security of my data?

  QCR helps you manage personal data and mitigate the risk of data breaches. The system enables users to be GDPR-compliant in terms of four main clauses. Those are an individual's rights to access data, be forgotten (data export), restrict or object until verified, and consent to specific actions when required.

  

• What languages, currencies, and country setups does QCR support?

  QCR supports over 30 countries and multiple languages, allowing translation regardless of special characters. It also offers multi-currency functionality, enabling calculations and conversions based on exchange rates. Also, the platform can accommodate operations in one installation for multi-country setups if countries have similar time zones and currencies.

The platform generates reports on various aspects of the collections management process, such as daily activities, payments, proposed arrangements, portfolio performance over time, collection strategies' efficiency, outsourcing models, and legal or restructuring processes.

  

• How does QCR ensure interoperability with other systems?

  QCR exchanges data with organisations that collect and recover debt through standard file-based interfaces like data integration connectors and standard API resources. It checks for changes to specific entities daily and sends a report outlining the changes via Written Based Communication. WBC generates reports according to changes to Credit Bureau data and information related to third parties.
